Kayise Ndlovu

Kayise is an Associate at Vuna Partners with over 6 years’ experience in audit management and due diligence advisory capacities.
Immediately prior to appointment at Vuna Partners as an Associate in January 2024, Kayise served as a Manager at Ernst and Young’s Strategy and Transaction division for two years, where she provided advisory services for both sell-side and buy-side transactional due diligence, spanning various industries.
Prior to her time at Ernst and Young, Kayise began her articles at SNG Grant- Thornton (Johannesburg) in 2018, and successfully qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2021. Following her qualification, she continued to work as an Assistant Audit Manager in the general assurance department for several months.
Kayise graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Financial Accounting (CA Stream) in 2016, and from the University of South Africa with a Post-graduate Diploma in Applied Accounting Sciences in 2018.
